Clubbercise London with Lucy
Description
Fun dance fitness class using glow sticks & laser lights The concept of Clubbercise is so original, it's all about bringing your night out to your workout. It is a dance aerobics fitness class where we dim the lights to create a nightclub atmosphere using laser lights and glowsticks.
We use basic fun routines to 90s classics to present day chart toppers, using the glowsticks to create more of an arm workout.
It's so much fun!

Laser Care Potters Bar
Due to the weather update this morning, I have decided to cancel Clubbercise for tomorrow night, as throughout the day it will be reaching 30 degrees. It is both of our best interests to cancel tomorrow nights class as I feel it will be far too hot to be doing a high intensity workout in a hall with no air conditioning. Really sorry to disappoint. Hope to see you next week!! Lucy X
