AWARE Mood Walks

Red Sails Week- AWARE Mood Walk-Friday 28th July Anyone can take part and you can choose to walk either 5k or 10k, which will take place along the coastal path and Portstewart strand. It's a fun way to raise money for AWARE - the National Depression Charity for Northern Ireland. All money raised is put directly back into the services of AWARE and helping to support and educate people on the illness of depression and bipolar disorder in Northern Ireland. Registration 6pm in Portstewart Town Hall. Warm up 6.30pm.
