kookycook - fresh pesto - home-made in Portrush with no additives whatsoever! After years of working in the catering industry and rustling up great dinners for family and friends, I've finally taken the first steps to making my passion into a career. I am
passionate about using as many Northern Irish ingredients as possible, such as Broighter Gold Rapeseed Oil from the Kane's in Limavady; home-grown "Portrush" garlic; Ballyrashane Creamery in Coleraine's parmesan-style cheese and my home grown herbs when in season!

Nothing says SUMMERTIME like Mint, Feta & Olive Pesto! We only make this particularly yummy concoction from June - September and it's only available from Causeway Speciality Market.
