Horseland CIC
Description
Horseland is a service that helps a wide range of people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and young people with challenging behaviour. Theraputic Horsemanship at Horseland utilises special relationships with horses to help children and adults with learning difficulties, autism and Asperger Syndrome, behavioural problems, attention deficit and hyper activity and those suffering from stress, depression and anxiety. We also provide trail riding and pony sessions for small children.

Pony Care Club is starting back up on Monday the 2nd of October 4:30pm-6pm at £10 per child. We have some fun sessions in store for our Pony Care Club members including equine development and horse health! Hope to see you all there! 🐴
It may not have been the best summer holiday for weather but it hasn't stopped these horse crazy kids having a great time. Here are some photos taken throughout the last 6 weeks. Some from our pony days and some are just kids having fun with their ponies. It's been great seeing their relationships develop.
Emily organised a show for our final summer holiday pony day. Well done everyone! Rosettes were very kindly donated by Jason Reed (Emily's Dad) Thankyou very much for all your hard work. It was a great day!
Thankyou, Elaine Knox ,for our pony play day. All children and ponies had a great day and learned loads. Lots to work on to keep improving their relationships with their pony partners too. We hope you'll come again soon!

We had a lovely ride today. Well done Courtney, Emma and Poppy. We hope you enjoyed it. Little Poppy was amazing, riding for an hour and a half and still wanted more!
And relaxing while the horses ate.
Another wet pony day but we managed to have lots of fun with some pony days this morning and we actually got out for a nice ride this afternoon.
