The winner of Employee of the Month for March 2017 is BEN OLDROYD Ben is Gav Taylor’s mate and has been with PP since January, Gav nominated Ben for being a fantastic mate! Perfectionist Projects are delighted to announce that our Employee of the Month for February 2017 is: SHAUN HEADFORD Shaun has consistently ensured that his paperwork for all areas of the business is completed correctly and is sent in on time. This keeps our clients happy and also keeps the company operationally compliant. It also makes the payroll and invoicing processes run smoothly and quickly. Shaun is always quick to return his training agreements. Not having to chase paperwork makes us run much more efficiently.

Perfectionist Projects are delighted to announce that Employee of the Month for January 2017 is awarded to Barry Healy. Barry joined us this month as our first Scottish crew and during his induction told us about an app he had used during his career called WorkMobile that allows engineers to complete standard documents on hand held devices and file share via email or dropbox enabling us to move away from printing and posting fixing files to all engineers for all works carried out. Jess contacted WorkMobile and moved this recommendation forward and we are excited to be going digital from the end of this week! Another example of how fast our world moves. Nice one Barry.
