We are a vegan café whose goal is to provide delicious freshly made vegan food which can be enjoyed in our cafe or ‘on-the-go’. We are lovers of food, animals and the environment, so in addition to showcasing how versatile, wholesome, nutritious, and delicious vegan food is, our deeper aim is to reduce, and eventually eliminate, animal suffering. We believe that our beautiful planet is a shared space for all living beings to enjoy a happy and harmonious life and will thrive if we live together with love, respect for each other and compassion.

Please support and share widely. Let us not allow the authorities to choose to perceive animals as being incabable of feelings, emotions, pain and suffering, so that they are free to then continue creating laws and protocols which exploit and justify their own cruelty and dominance over animals (animals who are supposed to enjoy this shared space called earth as fellow inhabitants).
We are not overly into politics but if you do want to write to your MP, THESE ARE THE MPs who voted the sentient beings part of the bill out and declared that animals have no feelings or emotions and so are incapable of suffering. Is your MP on this list? Thankfully, ours (North Harrow) is not!!! Thank you for expressing an obvious truth Gareth Thomas MP However, sadly MP for Pinner, Northwood & Ruislip voted in favour (Nick Hurd). Go go go write! We had such fun joining hands with Harrow Council and Kiran Chahal at the Made Up Collective supplying, creating and making the Power Breakfast on 8th November. The 3am wake up to prepare everything for these fitness fans was well worth it! https://www.facebook.com/kiran.chahal.is.ace https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10155041693408016&id=328985938015

"I'm a Celebrity.. Let's Kill Some Animals" is back on TV this weekend. I see that Shappi Khorsandi is one of the contestants, and she wrote in the Independent a week ago that she was vegan, so it'll be interesting to see if she sticks to it Thank you c/o @BrianMJacobs
