For many people, stress and poor posture can lead to physical niggles and tightness. Massage can help to unravel those knots and ease your discomfort. It was lovely to help this client who left me this review: I cannot say enough good things about this lady ! I have been suffering with tension headaches for some time now and carry the tension in my neck and shoulders. I have now had two amazing massages from Kate Kay and each time they have not only been very relaxing but have made a big difference to my well being. I have had many massages some in very fancy spas over the years but I can honestly say Kate is one of the best. Thank you Kate you are a star ⭐️

I received this lovely review today. I have the nicest clients! "What a fantastic lady, she explained the massage step by step and made me feel extremely comfortable. There was no rush. It really was the best massage I have ever had. After having many niggles with my back and shoulder I can honestly say I have been pain free all day. Super relaxing and a truly knowledgable lady! Thankyou so much Kate xxx"
Yesterday my clients came to me. One was celebrating her 40th birthday with a friend so I set up a cosy corner so they could have tea and cake to complete the pampering experience.
It took me a little longer to get to my client this afternoon ...
The challenges of being a mobile therapist .... Recently I had to use my daughter's teeny tiny car. It was a close fit squeezing in the couch, the towels and all my facial equipment!
Last week I had the privilege of massaging these amazing women who cycled from Wiltshire to Paris to raise money for Parkinson's Disease. And they had to contend with the most appalling weather. Huge congratulations to them. They certainly earned their massages!
Exciting times! These are the footings for my new treatment room which is currently being built! So now my clients who like to come here will have a private, hopefully lovely, room in which to relax. More photos will follow as work progresses.
These little beauties are packed full of vitamin C but did you know they also contain melatonin – a hormone that helps regulate sleep patterns? I've eaten so many this evening I should sleep well tonight!
