The shopping centre is in the main shopping location of the District of Easington. It comprises of 300,000 sq ft with stores such as Argos, Boots, Costa Coffee, New Look and Wilko, alongside independent retailers.
There is also a bus station with frequent services to the surrounding villages, as well as the main towns of Newcastle, Sunderland, Hartlepool and Durham.
There are 779 parking spaces available at the shopping centre. There is a 20 minute free parking area, no return for 2 hrs, located at Upper Yoden behind the Post Office and Subway. Up to 3 hours free parking, no return for 2 hrs is available at Surtees lower ground car park, Broad Close car park, and Hailsham Place car park.
The Aldi car park is a 2 hour max stay car park, with no return for 2 hours.
Above Wilko the first 4 hours parking are free with the option of pay and display at £2 for an additional 4 hour stay, no return for 2 hrs.
