Progress was also made with Krissy’s car this weekend! Cams mostly shimmed into the head (a couple larger sizes of shims will be ordered Monday morning) Head torque down, manifold and turbo both fitted! Turbo plumbed for oil and water, and adaptions made to the hotside boost pipe. Also adaptions made to the heater coolant hoses and brake pipes! We also sprayed the new WRTuning logo onto a brand new Airtec Stage 3 intercooler and fitted that also! Still quite a lot more to do.....

Daniel Also returned this weekend for an oil change (after his recent engine change) and inspection just so we could ensure everything was tippy Top! And a repair to his engine wiring harness with a new MAP sensor plug! Becoming a common failure on these cars now! We keep repair plugs in stock! 🤗

Ryan came in today for an Airtec Motorsport downpipe and a Ramair induction kit 🤗

Peter came in today for one of our “just bought” inspections! This revealed a few faults including a split OEM intercooler that was found using our smoke machine, almost impossible to find without it really! See video in comments 🤗

Marc drove up from Glasgow with the cylinder head from his Focus ST racecar to have a set of Newman stage 2 cams shimmed into the head, and collect his new billet crank pulley 🤗

Lewis came up from Falkirk this morning for an Airtec Stage 2 intercooler and Revo Stage 2! Along the way we repaired a couple of faults we spotted 🤗 #wrtuning #revo #airtec

This morning Ralph came up from Dundee for a boost gauge and full set of TRC skirts and extensions to be fitted! 🤗

Airtec have also released a brand new induction kit specifically for mk3 Focus 1.0ecoboost, in stock and ready to go! £149.95 for the kit, and then an extra £64.95 for optional silicon intake hose!

Also this weekend we fitted one of Airtecs new resonator delete boost pipes to Jo’s MS-RT Connect van 🤗 This will fit most 1.5 and 1.6 diesels also in Fiesta and Focus etc!

We are now keeping Fiesta ST GFB dv+ in stock, as well as Forge recirc for mk2 focus ST/RS. Also the H&R springs pictured are for a facelift Focus ST-d which were collected last night by a customer!

Krissy has returned with his RS also, dropped off for the foreseeable future for a brace of upgrades leading to a gtx35 and Syvecs engine management! He has been stock piling parts from various sources over the past 6months ready for this! This weekend we have started with an extreme twin plate clutch kit! Also an Airtec all alloy radiator! Some ground work done with his fuel system he has bought, swapped in an Airtec in tank fuel pump to replace his MP350 unit. And mounted the swirl pot and built the pumps and cradle. We also removed his front and rear K-sport brakes to be repainted a different colour, these will be refitted with brand new rotors and Pagid RS29 pads which are our top choice for a road pad! Next instalment will be fitting a ported head, shimming in his cams and fitting the turbo kit and tubular manifold and plum in the fuel system! Full 90mm intake kit, syvecs, fuel flex, Toucan, and then going off to have a 3.5” exhaust system built before mapping! 🤗
