Letham Football Club. Established 1960
Description
The club was founded in 1960 and over the years has played a prominent role in the development of youth football within Perth, growing as a club to encompass 19 teams of varying ages and for both boys and girls.
Letham is now one of the biggest clubs in the east of Scotland and is pioneering in the fact that it is the first community club in Perth with a catchment area not only including Letham but also the neighbouring estates of Burghmuir, Oakbank, Western Edge, Tulloch, Hillyland etc. The teams play their matches at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham, Perth although due to the number of teams some matches have to be played at other venues.

We at Letham FC were delighted to hear that Lindsay butchers won the Diamond Award for their Steak and Gravy Pies at the 2018 Scottish Craft Butchers Awards. Not only that but they went and followed it up with a Silver for their Scotch Pies! You can't beat a good pie while watching the football and our supporters can be assured that when you get a Lindsay's pie at Seven Acres Perth you're not just getting a good pie, you're getting the BEST pie! Well done to Beaton and his team, these awards coupled with the queue's out the shop door really do go to show just how good a butchers they are!
