Science has found that humans have a finite amount of daily mental energy for exerting self-control. You can only make a set amount of fully focused decisions every day before you start to lose steam. This is why Mark Zuckerberg wears essentially the same outfit every day. He knows he has way too many important decisions to make to be wasting his mental energy on what clothes to wear. What kind of rituals do you have in your life that keep you from decision fatigue?
