Oswald Villa B&B, Dunning, Perthshire opened after extensive refurbishment.
It is a beautiful old house located right at the entrance to Rollo Park with the 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and playpark and within a few minutes walk from the villages three pubs, bowling club and two shops. Dunning itself is a historic village set in one of the most scenic areas in Perthshire and is ...a great place for walking, cycling and golfing enthusiasts.

Oswald Villa has one double room ensuite and one luxury double/family room ensuite. Both rooms can also be used as a twin rooms, utilising sofa beds. The breakfast/sittingroom has an open fire, piano, guitar and ukelele for the musically minded. All rooms have tv, dvd, wi-fi and tea/coffee facilities.

Breakfast is included in the price of £60 double/twin, £75 luxury double/family and £45 single person rate.

Packed lunches available as alternative to breakfast(included in room price) or if requested as well as breakfast, at an additional cost.

Discounts will be considered for long term stays of 3 days or more(at the discretion of owners).
