Express leg workout 💪🏼 Today I had 40 mins, so did a session focusing on supersets and tri-sets to make the best of the time. I also finished with a 4 min leg Tabata set. *Superset -Back squat/barbell walking lunges. 4 sets of 12 reps 30kg *Tri-set- platform single leg balance step up/split squat/front squat. 3 sets 10 reps 20kg *Superset- plié squat/barbell glute thrust. 3 sets of 12 reps 20kg Tabata 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. 2 x through Step, 4 risers each side Single leg power hop right Single leg power hop left Straddle jumps Tap ups 💪🏼😊

Dawn started training with me 7 weeks after her second daughter in August. We worked on building strength and fitness levels up each week. A total of 5kgs lost, 7cm off her waist and 16cm from hips. Also feeling stronger for a skiing holiday 😊. Awesome effort 💪🏼

Tabata workout 😊💪🏼 Tabata is a type of HIIT training, 20 seconds work at maximum effort followed by 10 seconds rest and lasts for 4 mins. Optional to repeat after 2 mins rest. The following video is done with no equipment and minimal space (I have also already trained legs this morning🙈😅) *Ice skater hops *Burpees *Squat jumps *Mountain climbers Give it a wee try 😊
