⭐️⭐️⭐️Inspirational Post for Natalie Marsden Blasted a 50 minute cardio session with Nat this evening. 1. Ski erg 8 cals into slam ball (5rounds) 2. Boxing and slam 2 minutes each 3. Ski erg 8 cals , Assault bike 4 cals , 8 slams (4 rounds) 4. Ski erg 6 cals into 15 shoulder presses with VIPR Nat has a bad knee at the minute, so using the ski erg is fantastic for keeping cardio Up and you get a great arm workout at the same time 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. Well Done nat that was a great workout 😁😁😁

Bootcamp - Emma Dawson Another one of the Bootcamp ladies absolutely smashing it 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️. Emma has her wedding in may , her work ethic towards the Bootcamp classes is just amazing 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️. She always puts in 110% in the early morning Bootcamp 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 and also the BST classes. Any info on Bootcamp please send us a message 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Massive well done to lesley Osbourne!! Doing amazing with Bootcamp classes , this woman has gone from not being able to do a sit up to do every class morning and night and out run most people ha 🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️. Lesley you should be so proud ! Your bootcamp family is behind and you will give us all a motivational kick up the ass to keep pushing us on 🏊🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️

So it's nearly been a year since we moved into our awesome gym and although there have been changes along the way, I finally feel confident in how the gym is expanding! From originally planning to grow the MHPT team, I have now decided to grow the gym as a hub for individual PTs. So within the gym we have Matt Hoyle Personal Training, James Harvey Health and Fitness and now Jack Barr Personal Training. Although separate businesses, our goal is to work together under one roof and help each other to grow. So because of this, I want to give the gym in Derker a name. And we want your suggestions!
