Equestrian Coaching - Judith Hubbard
Description
Ethical training tips and philosophies, for all equestrian disciplines. We’re always communicating with our horses - even if we don’t mean to - and they’re communicating right back at us! Our job is to understand what they're telling us and know what to do to get the results we want. To be successful we need a well stocked ‘tool box’ of classical (that just means 'tried and tested') - and ethical - training methods and techniques. I know that confident and successful partnerships with our horses come from structured, progressive, knowledgeable and patient methods. That’s what helps us become the best horsemen and women we can be.
I believe that good horsemanship is good horsemanship no matter what tack your horse wears, what breed you favour or what hat you’ve got on your head. I also believe that good horsemanship is about science as well as art - scientific research backs up good training methods and helps us to understand the ‘why’ behind our own and our horses’ actions. The art of riding is what it’s all about - a lifetime's search for ultimate refinement!
