Description
Mount Offham is a small,friendly training/livery yard in the beautiful grounds of Mount Offham country house, owned by Annabell and Mike Thompson. Full livery is five star standard and spaces are rare. A caring team of staff make sure horses and people alike are cared for.
Mount Offham is base for dressage rider June Long. June has successfully trained and competed up to Inter II, including freestyle to music and has competed at regional, national and Small Tour level. June is also Dressage Trainer for the West Kent Hunt Meopham Pony Club.
Offering training from the novice rider to the more advanced level, June's sympathetic training technique is based on the understanding of the scales of training and focuses on how the rider effects the horse, using a simple system to help the rider recognise why the horse moves in a certain way and helping the rider work out how to correct and improve any way of going issues. June can also help with Dressage to Music, from putting together a test to choosing and cutting the music.
June's daughter Emily Breeze has trained with June all her life and is now riding at advanced level, and specialises in pony training.

June Long Dressage
I have a rare full livery vacancy at Mount Offham Stables It is a small, extremely relaxed and friendly yard in the grounds of Mount Offham Country House. Your horse will receive 1st class care have individual turn out, use of the 60 x 30 meter mirrored school, hacking in the grounds as well as by private arrangement the adjacent farm land and woods. No road work needed. I am also a UKCC coach and on the British Dressage Excel Talent Coaching Scheme, so lessons and training are available if needed For more information call on 07971129110
I'm looking for a part time member of staff to help at Mount Offham Stables. 2 ~ 3 mornings to include a weekend day depending on the rota. It's a small and friendly yard with an easy routine.
