- Mug Printing  Saru Image Ltd is a Custom Printing and Embroidery business that offers a wide variety of high quality designs and products. Each design is a fine artwork printed, transferred or embroidered for each individual.  

We offer various personalisation options for our products; pictures and phrases of any font or colour can be printed on either a mug or an item of clothing, which is great for organisations that want personalised logo’s to differentiate themselves.

-   Saru Image Ltd does not own the responsibilities of illegality for any artworks, logos or any form of images the customers provide for printing or embroidery.
-   Customers retain all rights to their images and intellectual property that they submit for quotes or for printing and embroidery.
-   In the event that the company is to imprint at the request of customers a likeness of a person, product, or any images, either provided by the customers or provided by the company at the customers request, customers hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto. On request by the company, customer shall provide evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Customers agrees to hold the company’s free and harmless from all liability and indemnify seller from the loss, damage or injury which he/she may suffer as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the customers.

-   When customers provide their images, that will be taken as an agreement licences for the following purpose:
-   Printing or embroidering onto ANY items you order from us.
-   Any form of images the customers provide will always belong to customers.
-   Written approvals or emails will be asked in order to proceed with the work.

Payments

-   For all new internet customers, payment authorisation for the full amount of the order is due at the time of placement of the order. We accept payments via major credit card. If paying via credit card, Saru Image Ltd Company will "authorize" the sale amount at the time of order to verify with your bank that the fund are available and that you are the authorised cardholder. Saru Image Ltd Company will only "finalise" the charge to customer’s credit card once the custom printed garments have left our shop.
-   Seller does not have the responsibility to commence work until this amount is collected. Unless provided for in advance, the balance of the purchase price is to be paid at the time of delivery, or attempted delivery by seller or his agent, by credit card or money order payable to the seller. Unless on account, all orders must be paid in full before goods can depart seller's location. Claims for tax exemption must be supported by a tax number or certificate at the time of order placement. No refunds shall be made if a certificate is provided subsequent to the transaction.
