Further to our previous communication regarding our hot water system, we are sorry to inform you that we are still experiencing issues with our boiler system. This is affecting our pools, showers and heating throughout the club. We regret to inform you that our small pool and spa pool remain closed. Our main pool and showers have a reduction in temperature but currently remain open. We anticipate this being an issue until Tuesday, when we are expecting a new boiler system to be fitted. Our continued priority is to resolve this as soon as possible and we will update you as soon as we have more information. Please be assured we are doing everything we can to fix this problem. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our hot water system is fully operational and we do not anticipate any further issues. Please note it is unlikely that our jacuzzi will be back to the required temperature this evening. We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding today and for the number of emails/texts it has been necessary to send.

Please be advised due to essential repair work to our hot water system, we currently have no hot water and our Jacuzzi remains closed. This is a temporary situation, we will advise you when we are fully operating again. The club will remain open during this time. We will update this page and email you with further news. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience .

Our hot water system is now operational. However, we are still having intermittent issues with the temperature levels and the jacuzzi is still below temperature and is still closed. Our priority is to resolve this as soon as possible, so it may be necessary to shut down our hot water system temporarily this afternoon. Please be assured we are doing everything we can to fix this problem. Updates will be on here and via email. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are currently experiencing issues with our hot water system which is affecting our spa pool and showers. At this time we have made the decision to keep the club open as an engineer is on site and is confident he can fix this issue quickly. Please be advised there is currently no hot water at this time.
