Summer fun day at Chikara Kempo Kai in Moulton Park 2pm til 6pm. All ages and abilities welcome, you will need a drink, snack and sports wear if you dont already have a gi. The cost is £15 per person or £10 each if you bring a friend along. The first half of the session will be fun karate games designed to learn through play and then after a snack break we will be learning how to deal with playground bullies in a safe but effective way. Our instructors are licensed, insured, dbs checked and first aid trained so you can choose to stay and watch your children or leave safe in the knowledge they will be well looked after. We will also have our student welfare officers present to deal with any needs the children have throughout the day. You can message us via our Facebook page to book your slot.
