Thank you N. Ireland for welcoming me and mine tonight. It felt so very good to sing with you in the face of the terrible things happening in the world. (Thanks for the pic, @jeff_marshall!)
For years now I have been listening to the amazing music of @andrewpetersonmusic Tonight a long-time dream came true in watching him perform live. He spoke and sang of the brokenness and pain in our world, and in his own life, in a way that resonated deep in my soul. He also talked of his hope in the Gospel in a way that brought tears to my eyes. His music has seen me through dark days, and it was an honor to sit 15 feet away and watch him create beauty.
