The Summer Reading Challenge is zooming towards a close, and we’ve been blown away by how many children have enjoyed taking part in Space Chase this year! Due to record numbers of starters and finishers, we are now taking bookings for the Space Chase Finishers' Party on Friday 6th September, 4-5pm, to ensure that everyone who attends has the best possible experience. If you have finished the challenge and haven’t yet booked a space, please contact us on 01626 886223 or pop into the library to confirm that you can attend. Spaces are limited, so please let us know as soon as possible!

Boo to a Goose Theatre

Boo to a Goose Theatre will be here TOMORROW with their fantastic show Space Cats, fun for the whole family! Tickets are still available at £4 per child, babies (under 6 months) go free if they are accompanying a paying child. Accompanying adults go free too! Please contact the library for tickets and please be aware that we can only take cash payments.

Our IT volunteer started a new full time job yesterday (well done Mark), but as a result we currently don't have a volunteer available to support people with their IT queries. If this is something you think you could help us with, please ring the library on 01626 886223.

We were back at the Summer Nights event in Newton Abbot on Saturday, with a sample of some of the great items we have for loan and information about the services we provide. We even had lego and activities for younger visitors!
