We hope everyone had a great time (despite the blustering winds and bursts of rain) and enjoyed the crafts and storytelling bear trail! We would love to hear back from you all about how your day went, so please message us with any comments you may have. It's officially World Book Day today which means that our event is only 2 days away! We are excited to continue to celebrate the day by having a selection of activities at the event, including: Face painting Cupcake decorating A lucky dip Character making Mask decorating Book themed colouring We will also have a storybook trail, storytelling and live music taking place throughout the day! Fancy dress is welcomed at the event, so don't forget to keep your costumes from today and wear them again on Saturday!

On Saturday 4th March 2017, Hannah's are putting on an event in collaboration with Exeter College for children and families, to spread the love of literacy in a fun and interactive experience! There will be a selection of activities, including face painting, arts and crafts and a story book trail, as well as live music being performed by local acts. Come along to enjoy the magical experience with your favourite book characters! Activities run from 11.30am – 4pm. Tickets are £3 per child and adults go free (plus a small fee for some activities). Tickets will be available in reception on the day. Donations are welcome and all profits go to the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust for new transportation for the children and young adults at Ivybridge. Hannah's World Book Day! On March 4th 2017, Hannah's are putting on an event for children and families of all ages, to spread the love of literacy and books in an enjoyable and interactive experience! From an immersive storytelling trail in the forest, to multiple book-related arts and crafts, as well as live music from local young artists, there will be something for everyone. The cost will be £3 per child (plus small fees to some activities inside the event i.e face painting), and ALL profits raised will go straight to the Dame Hannah Rogers trust in hope of a new bus! Fancy Dress is encouraged for all ages, and everyone's favourite book characters will be joining us on the day for some picture opportunities. We hope to see you there!
