Welcome to Revive, where you will find a warm and welcoming environment along side some exceptional coffee! We also have an amazing range of speciality teas and other drinks, including dark milk and white hot chocolate, delicious cakes and treats, and some quick snacks to keep you going.
With free Wifi for all our customers Revive is a great place to catch up with friends and family, take some time out for yourself with a good book, or even catch up on some work emails away from the office. Whatever you need from a coffee house we hope you can find it here, and we are always open to customer suggestions of ways we can make Revive your favourite spot.
Revive is a not for profit coffee house, and a Revive church in the community project. Run with the help of some wonderful volunteers we manage to support the church charities which currently comprise of CAP - Christians Against Poverty, and Revive a Life - our children’s home and community programme out in Uganda. We have been established now for over 6 years, and have recently undergone some refurbishments to help us look our best.
With regular special events from film nights, and music events, to book launches and community events, we are also available to hire so if you are looking for a comfy little place with great coffee for your next event we would love to hear from you. If you have any questions about anything to do with Revive please don’t hesitate to send us a message or pop in and talk to our manager Tom or assistant manager Rebecca.

facebook.comWhat a brilliant New Mills festival we have had this year, thanks so much to the organizers and everyone in this community who has made it so special! But it's not over yet, in fact, our favorite event is happening tonight with the Lantern Procession and Street Party! The road outside the coffee shop will, therefore, be closed today from 4pm, and some of the other roads in New Mills are closing at 5pm to give all the stall holders and entertainers and organisers get everything ready for tonights festivities which start at 6pm in the town, with the first of the lantern processions heading into the Torrs at 7:30 and the later procession starting at 8:30. So please be aware if you are driving into or around New Mills that diversions will be in place! No matter what the weather we will be back open tonight from 6 and we would love to see you for a delicious hot chocolate or an amazing coffee, and perhaps a piece of cake or two! This coming Sunday, as part of the New Mills festival, you can experience music from 'Around the World' with the spectacular Resonance band at Revive church on High Street. It really is a wonderful experience to hear music played authentically from all over the globe! We now have tickets for sale here in Revive, £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
We have really enjoyed our reopening today after a long week of working hard for our manager Tom and new assistant manager Rebecca who have both been in all week scrubbing and painting and getting everything done... A big big thank you to all the people who have volunteered this last week to help us get done in time... James, Doug and Diana who did a few hours painting and some odd jobs, Sarah who helped with clearing rubbish and bringing us food, Brian who put up our new signage, Andrea, Cathy, Ali and Jenny who cleaned up the shop yesterday ready for us opening today and not forgetting our wonderful Pastors at Revive church Peter and Janice Bird who came to do the wallpapering and help with the window frame painting... we are so grateful! We would also like to thank our everyone who came today and braved the weather to see us on our reopening and the finished shop! We love being part of such a wonderful community!
As most of you know we are closed at the moment for some much needed renovations and a makeover and with just one day to go we are excited to get everything finished ready for reopening on Saturday .... We have a special thank you to make to Terry Green and his team who among a few other things have fully replaced all the windows to the shop front with double glazing, which we desperately needed as well as having some that now open! All of the guys who have been to help from T Green builders have been great and have done a great job in all the various weather conditions!
Following our upcoming makeover, next week, we would like to invite you all to come for a coffee or to try one of our new treats when we reopen!
We are sorry to let all our customers know that today is the last day we will be open for a while.... but DONT PANIC! It's just for a makeover and some refurbishments. We will hopefully be back open on Saturday 9th September with a few new treats and a fresh new look ready to serve you!
Our wonderful Assistant Manager Sarah has worked here at Revive for more than 5 years, when she started as a volunteer. She has now left us to go back to university to do her return to practice so she can become a Midwife again! She has been such a great part of this team and will be greatly missed by us, and our regular customers. We wish her so much success in her midwifery and are cheering her on, she will be an excellent addition to any team and will help lots of new and expectant mum's in the future! Thank you for being genuine, kind to all, and committed to us, we love you lots Sarah!
The sun has come back out and to celebrate here at Revive all our delicious Cheshire farm ice creams are now on special offer for just £1 per tub!
