Hi everyone! This is my last exam week at Uni so normal service will resume very shortly. Sexy Dog Groomers

Hi all, unfortunately I'm going to have to be a bit clearer about some rules. I am getting almost to full books and it's not fair on everyone else when some take liberties with my time... OBVIOUSLY people have problems and emergencies that can't be helped but I'm trying my best to keep everyone as happy as I can.. Hope your enjoying the sun! 🐶 * If you are late for your appointment by 15+ minutes I CANNOT then groom your dog as it will make me 15+ minutes late for the next dog due in. *If you just plain don't turn up for an appointment with no warning I'm afraid I will have to follow other groomers lead and bring in a charge. I require at least 24hrs notice so I can fit one of the poor people on my waiting list in rather than wasting the time. I will be operating a 2 strikes policy on no shows *When you receive your message for the pick up of your dog, please come as close to the time as possible. I will send a warning message of whatever time suits you. Please do not leave your dog an extra 20mins/half an hour/45 mins because it suits. I'm not a doggy daycare unfortunately and it means I can't take my next dog. Again I will have to bring in a charge for 'overstays' *could you try your best to encourage your dog to go to the bathroom before you bring them.. When they go in the bath or on the table when I'm using the drier, It's a bit messy.. *The 'cute little black horse with the spotty bum' that has appeared here is Rolo. He is a Stallion (un-castrated Male) and is here because of his 'challenging' behaviour. I would ask could you please not feed him tid-bits as he can become aggressive around food, a habit which I'm trying to break. Sorry to sound grumpy but it bothers me when I've got good clients waiting for appointments and people are not turning up..

**Could everyone please have a look at this.. This is why sometimes all I can do is shave the dog short. I don't like to shave a dog naked, and Its certainly not 'the easy option' it's very time consuming, hard on the wrists and damages your blades.It's good to see this so you can understand why. And this goes for ANY breed of dog who is not groomed between visits :-)
