Description
New Deer St. Kane's is a Church of Scotland (Presbyterian) church in North East Scotland. We are a Christ-centred, biblically-focused family of faith. We aim to be a pro-active Church within the community. As well as having a Sunday service at 11.30 am every week in the Church, we also hold a number of activities and events for all ages throughout the year.
Most of our activities are held in our Church Centre which is adjacent to the Church. As well as providing space for these the Centre is home to the Mustard Seed Cafe which serves delicious food Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm.

The Mustard Seed Cafe will be closed next Monday - 5th August - but open again as usual on the 6th.

Busy first day at New Deer Show today - many cups of tea were drunk, faces painted and lots of interest in the Heritage Display. Joint morning worship service is at Maud at 10 am tomorrow and our stand is open again at the Show....look forward to seeing you!

Also on the Kirk Stand this year is a display from the new group looking to establish a Heritage Museum in New Deer. It’s a wee glimpse into life in New Deer in years gone by and well worth a look. If you’re interested in supporting this initiative come along and find out more!

Despite torrential rain yesterday, it cleared up just in time for us to get the tent up ready for New Deer Show....and Peters Ice Cream van turned up just as we finished!
**Important** There will be no worship in St Kane's this week as we are having a joint service in Maud at 10am. Looking forward to seeing you there. 😊

Next weekend is New Deer Show....a great event for all the family. Maud & Savoch and St Kane’s Churches have their usual stand at the Show on Saturday and Sunday so if you’re at the Show come and visit our stand at the ringside...it’s a great spot to have a seat and fly cup....and there’s activities for children too.
All welcome to come along and enjoy some or all of the walks planned this summer...
School holidays are approaching! There’s some MASH Monday Madness sessions planned in July - sounds like a great way to start the week!
