Custom Machining Services, Airsoft Repairs/Upgrades/Modifications. Engineering Outpost of the Last Chancers
I have been repairing Airsoft guns and kit for over 7 years now, with a background in Engineering and Electronics.
I take pride in building the internals of a rifle up to a good standard. We have all been to a game day and had your pride and joy fail mid game... My aim is to prevent that happening!
We do standard AEG/GBB/PTW and Pistol repairs.
Some prices for AEGs to give you an example:
Standard Service: £35
Description:
Strip gearbox, clean, re-lube, re-shim, correct angle of engagement, check air seals, replace o-ring if needed.
Repairs:
For in gearbox repairs:
Same as a standard service + Parts cost.
Description:
As standard service plus fitting of the new parts. From experience it is not worth just dropping a new part in without checking everything over to make sure its not going to break 20 minutes into your next game day...
Out of gearbox repairs:
Things like the hop unit, motor replacements, inner barrel issues etc can be much quicker easier to diagnose.
Cost £25 plus parts.
Rewiring:
Most AEG's come with inadequate wiring and/or connectors.
A rewire to 16AWG silicone coated cable including deans connectors and a full service.
Cost £45
MOSFETS:
I build up two types of MOSFET unit. The simnple unit, which just functions as an electronic switch, and the Active Braking MOSFET which improves single shot performance.
Simple MOSFET
Includes: Service, Rewire, MOSFET build.
This is good for fully auto only builds like M249's etc. We can also rewire box mags to run when the trigger is pulled.
Cost: £55
Active Braking MOSFET
Includes: Service, Rewire, Active Braking MOSFET build.
This in my opinion a must for AEG's, single shot is improved as the gearbox cycles more consistently, more power to the motor,
Cost: £65
Anything else... give me a shout. We enjoy making up custom rifles from parts, machining custom parts, we have extensive machinery available to produce most items. Have a look at the photo album for ideas!

facebook.comKriss Vextor AEG on the bench... Just had a visit from a regular sporting a lovely Kriss Vector AEG! Nice design for the gearbox... This one had a piston let it down, replaced with a new one and sorted the AOE... hopefully we won't see that one back for a while!
Facebook is telling me to thank all the people who have liked my page... So, thanks! :D On a side note... 700 likes... Lets make something and do a give away! Stay tuned!
Mini RDS Lens Protector! 3mm Lexan CNC cut to fit. That should take a few hits!
Test pass one...
Serial number engraved on TM recoil lower.
Another couple of uppers machined and engraved.
So we start with one very damaged thread. Outer diameter was down to 13.2mm at the end. Remove the thread completely, add a sleeve, and rethread. Don't forget to chase the thread in the flash hider to remove any debris so we don't mess up the nice shiny new thread on the barrel!
Rescuing a TM gearbox. Bearing holes had been drilled relying on the drill to center in the existing hole (which can work but not often). Now they have been machined out to 8mm bushings.
Recoil troubles... This little guy appears to work for a few mags then dies. Totally dead. Turns out the bolt catch switch was damaged/sticky. Given it a little tweak and we will see how that goes.
The steel arrived for the back plate. It's too big to turn immediately on the lathe. Looks like I will be cutting the corners off with the band saw.
Lathe bits finished... Now onto the mill.
These are quite popular... Another set of Smith Enterprise flash hiders being machined.
