Every so often I like to pick myself an angel card just for that extra bit of guidance 💜 Yesterdays card was spot on as trying to find time out with a busy family is not easy. However I took the kids into the garden and allowed myself a few minutes to connect with the universal energy around me and I certainly feel recharged for it today. It is vital to our wellbeing to take some quiet time each day to recharge and rebalance. I know it can seem impossible, but there is always a little calm in amongst the chaos - we've just got to give ourselves permission to find it 💜 Have a great Monday and get those tootsie out on the grass whilst the weather is nice 🌞🍃😎
