** Hall Users** While we understand how cold it can be in the Hall, hall hirers must ensure that all heating is switched off when they leave. The electricity bills are extremely high at this time of year, due to the age of the hall and poor energy efficiency. However, we all need to do all we can to limit them until the refurbishment.

**Reporting disruption and vandalism at the Village Hall** We are aware that, unfortunately, disruption and vandalism does occur at the Hall and it is unacceptable when our users are affected. We report all incidents to the police, not just criminal activities, as these can also affect people’s health and safety. This enables the police to understand the problems and work with us to find solutions. If you need to contact the Police, the number for the Dingwall office is 01349 862444. Please report any incidents to our Hall Booking Administrator, Joanne Cameron, on 07423 614799. We will record and discuss them with our local liaison officer, PC Nicola MacDonald, to keep our Hall a safe and enjoyable place to use. Thank you for your assistance.

**Village Hall Booking System** We are currently in the process of changing our booking system to a more user friendly system. During this process you may receive confirmation of bookings that have already been confirmed, please do not worry, this is strictly so you can create an account which you can access your bookings through by logging on to the new system, hopefully this will make it easier for you to add bookings in the future. If you find that you need to book the Village hall but cannot log onto Hallmaster please contact me by email: joanne.cameron@muiroford.org.uk or send a message through our Facebook page and I will get back to you. We hope to have this system up and running within the next week or so!!
