Set in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside just off the main A6 road, it offers amazing views of the Kent Estuary.
The 16th century half- cruck barn is a fine example, with original wood beams and rustic charm. The barn offers the flexibility to create your own unique event, to achieve just the right atmosphere for your function.

The drive way overlooks the stunning view of the Kent Estuary and surrounding hills which are an ideal backdrop for photographs of your event.
The working farm also has a ‘pick your own fruit’ enterprise and has been the home of the Capstick family for over 30 years.
