Downstairs clock room makeover , match’s the bathrooms upstairs , just needs a lick of paint :)

Most recent bathroom before and after shots , all plumbing and tiling carried out by myself , new spot lights and extractor fan supplied and installed by Steve tuck , main bathroom and cloakroom to match coming soon ..... 😁

Latest floor all tiled , tricky cuts up to existing skirting boards , this was 2 rooms knocked into 1 , all building work carried out by DS Ronald , good job :)

Another floor laid this week , forgot to take finished photos but this shows the de coupling matting used for wooden floors and where 2 different floors meet ( new to existing ) so stop any future cracks or loose tiles :)

Here's a couple of retro fit underfloor heating projects Iv done over the last couple of months , a brilliant way to achieve underfloor heating on existing screed floors and it only brings your floor level up by 20mm , much cheaper to run than electrical underfloor over a bigger area
