Christmas week appointments...... This week is booking up fast now, however there are a few appointments left and I have added some extra hours. Times and dates still available at the moment are:- Monday 18th fully booked Tuesday :- 19th 10-1 Wednesday fully booked Thursday 1 hour now available at 11 Friday :- full booked Saturday :- 23rd fully booked

Cancelation and no show policies:- Unfortunately it’s part of life that you can not always make an appointment, and I am very understanding as I know I have a terrible memory myself. However there seems to be a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows lately so I do need to set a few rules. Cancellations of up to one hour treatments I need at least 3 hours notice before the appointment if you give me at least 3 hours notice there will be no charge. However under 3 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations of over an hour treatments I need at least 24 hours notice before the appointment, if you give me 24 hours notice there will be no charge. However under 24hours notice will incur a 50% fee. No shows- 100% fee I think this is very fair and I hope you all agree.
