My name is Matt and I am a certified PT with a real passion for health and fitness.As a vegan athlete I understand the importance of nutrition for health. Have you considered going vegan, vegetarian or simply cutting down on meat?  Are you concerned about losing size or strength or where to get your protein?  If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then I can help you!

As an athlete who went from a heavy meat diet to 100% vegan I have asked myself all these questions.  I understand that my nutrition is just as important as my training for physical performance.  I have lost body fat and increased both my strength and fitness on this lifestyle.
I’ll show you how to prepare and cook healthy, delicious food which will improve your results in and out of the gym and how to make it affordable.

Vegan gains! It still baffles me how so many people believe it's impossible to grow muscle on a plant based diet. All the 20 amino acids are found in plants and as long as you are getting a mix of plant protein sources and sufficient calories, won't have to worry about anything. When Uzma first started with me less than a year ago, she wasn't able to perform 1 single press up! Now she is busting out sets with an extra 5kg on her back! She only weighs 45kg and she is now deadlifting 55kg when she didn't even know what a deadline was at the start! Uzma doesn't have superior genetics, but she does have great determination and is great proof of what is possible when you put in consistent effort following the right programme for you.
