ABOUT US
The key aim of Maesteg Bootcamp is to help as many people as possible improve their quality of life.
We achieve this by providing the opportunity to enjoy working out in a nurturing, fun but challenging environment through a positive and non judgemental approach towards everyone that joins us for a session.
New members are welcomed into the group by regulars and are instantly made to feel comfortable so they can enjoy their workout and feel at ease.
With a family vibe at our sessions everyone is made to feel comfortable, motivated and able to push on and improve themselves collaboratively in an environment that promotes commitment and long term improvement.
We pride ourselves in catering for all regardless of age, size or ability.
Current members range from 17-60 years old and everyone has a great workout together.
We take great pride in engaging people who have not been highly active, developing them into fit, strong, functional, mobile people who can enjoy a better quality of life as a result.
We believe everyone deserves this.
We do not demand perfection
but enable each individual to start their own personal journey and progress at an individualised pace over time.
We run 9 sessions per week, mornings and evenings and every session is different. Our variety of styles throughout the schedule keeps people fresh and motivated.
In continuously developing our own coaching skills and knowledge we continue to improve our customers' experience with great value and service.
