Shotokan Karate Do at the Voodoo Gym
Well done to Alex Madejowski who was today promoted to Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Alex is a great example of a true Purple Belt. A very hardworking young man.
Today we have Head Coach of ASW - Manchester, Kameron Atakuru teaching a grappling masterclass from 5pm. Cant wait to get on the mats, it's going to be epic.
I'm very pleased to anounce that Claire 'If there's one thing' Parry has today passed her Red Belt in Full Contact Kick Boxing with Distinction, despite her banter, because she is just bad-ass!

FIRST AID COURSES In the next few weeks we will be installing an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) outside the Voodoo Gym on Chestergate Macclesfied SK11 6DP. If you are a member of the Voodoo Gym, Cobra Martial Arts or ASW Manchester, or you live or work within a half mile radius of SK11 6DP then we will be happy to teach you to use the Defibrillator on one of our First Aid Courses for £20 (usual price £40) for a 4 hour course. The course covers other essential first aid practices such as CPR and dealing with an unconscious casualty. The course dates are below running on Sunday's from 9am - 12pm.
