CHANGES TO SHORTLISTING. Please be aware that when vacancies now close, we will no longer be shortlisting applicants via email or letter. We will initally contact the person who is showing top by telephone. This change has taken place with immediate effect.
HOMESEARCH ADVERTS OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD Over the Christmas period we will be advertising the Homesearch vacancies for a two week period rather than the usual one week. We will be advertising them on Tuesday 19th December 2017 and these adverts will then close on Sunday 31st December 2017. This means that the next set of adverts will be advertised on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a very happy new year.
Please be aware we do not give allocations or shortlisting information out over the telephone. You will need to check recent lettings on a regular basis to obtain information about whether an allocation has been completed.

Appletree Careline - It Really Works ! Appletree Careline is a 24 hours a day /7 days a week service delivered by New Forest District Council to promote independent living and to assist the wellbeing of those people who live within the district. A community alarm or an ID wristband (pictured) is perfect for anyone of any age who would like to feel safer inside and outside of their home. Customers often have a combination of disabilities or health needs or may just want to take proactive steps to maintain their independence and confidence. The 2 bedroom house at Strawberry Fields, East Boldre- V1143 has unfortunately been withdrawn.
As of 2nd October 2017 you will no longer be able to submit interest in a property being advertsed on the Homesearch housing waiting list by text message. Instead, you will need to apply online using your Homesearch Application number or complete a 'property request form' and post it to the Housing Options Team or take it into your local Information Office. Please note that you must ensure that the property request form reaches the Housing Options Team by midnight Sunday after the property is advertised.
