Beautiful, affordable fused glass jewellery and gifts. All hand-made by a glass fusing addict! After taking a class in glass fusing, I fell in love with the process and the results. Having used a small kiln for some time I have recently bought a larger one and I now have a workshop at home, so I'm loving being able to experiment with fusing larger pieces of glass.

My main love is making fused glass jewellery, and I'm a bit of a magpie, so anything that sparkles gets made first! Look out for lots of seasonal items too, as well as coasters and soon plates, dishes, bowls, clocks...the sky's the limit! I'm also very interested in recycling glass so I'll often be found experimenting with bottles, pudding dishes and old double glazing!

It feels like so long since I've had a chance to make anything, but today, inspired by the beautiful sunshine, I'm trying out a few new things. Fingers crossed they look good when they're cooked tomorrow!

And here's the answer to the question 'I wonder what would happen if I put two things in the kiln together which need different heating schedules'! Egg cup plate?!

These retro fruit bowls are definitely my favourite design at the moment! Love the reaction between the metal in these glass colours.

Thought I'd share a couple of presents I recently made for someone who loves blue and is from Wales. I made a 30cm x 30cm blue retro fruit bowl and a pure silver daffodil pendant 😀 So nice to be able to give personalised gifts.

Hi all. I need your help with my name! I have recently been learning how to make pure silver jewellery and I've been combining it with my glass. I now make lots of glass things, some pure silver and glass jewellery and some pure silver jewellery without glass. I'm hoping to open an Etsy shop and I've been accepted by the new Amazon Handmade UK site to have my things on there too, which is exciting. My question is should I stay as Bella Vetro? It is Italian for beautiful glass and I love the name, but I wonder if it should be different now that I am making with pure silver too (Bella Argento!). I'd love to hear what you think.
