I have experience working will all different kinds of clients,including senior citizen, suffers of respiratory conditions and younger people.I have a multitude of fitness educations and a large amount of fitness and leisure experience that I have built up over the years.It does not matter if you are new to exercise,an older person, or perhaps a seasoned athlete I have the knowledge to get you started or to take you to the next level of training.
My personal training sessions will cost £30 and we will work towards completing your agreed fitness goals during a time and date that suits you. On your first visit we will have a look over the Burleigh Springs facilities and discuss your needs, as well as undertake some simple and easy fitness testing in order to get a good starting point for your goals. We will also work on your nutrition and talk about lifestyle improvements also.Home/Outdoors training is also available if you are wanting a more private exercise experience.
I am able to offer referral services with my personal training. Collaborating with medical professionals such as GPs and pulmonary rehab teams we can successfully help treat your COPD related conditions, basic lower back pain, arthritis, high cholesterol, osteoarthritis,depression and obesity.

Basic Guidance For Weight Loss
In this article I offer guidance on weight loss using very simple techniques.
Superset Training
In this video I talk about two different type of supersets.I use the example of the bicep and triceps muscles group. I talk and demonstrate how an agonist superset is performed using two exercises, one after another without a rest period in-between on the same muscle to increase the muscle gaining benefits. I also talk and demonstrate an antagonist superset and include the triceps muscle group. This can be completed to save time training in the gym and also to increase the muscle gaining benefits as muscles largely work in pairs in daily use. The bicep and triceps are but one example of muscular training that this these types of supersets can be used for. A further example can include chest and back or chest and triceps.
Pre Exhaust Training
In this video I talk and demonstrate how to undertake pre exhaust training.I give an example of leg training whereby I exhaust a certain muscle in my legs first(Rectus fermoris) using my leg curl exercise before working a much larger muscle group after using a leg press exercise (Calfs,quadriceps,hamstrings and gluteals).
