**POSTING THIS AGAIN** **Terms & Conditions** I had this post pinned to my page but unpinned by accident! 💥Hi all! Just to let everyone know there is a 2 day Cancellation Policy. This means that if you need to cancel your appointment please try your best to cancel AT LEAST 2 days before the appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which you can pay at the time of the cancellation or it will be added to your next app AUTOMATICALLY! If you cancel more than 3x and do not pay your fees I will NO LONGER take you as a client. If however you have had Sickness and Diarreha within 72 hours which can't be helped under these circumstances you will only be charged 25% fee! 💥Any no shows will be asked to pay 50% fee payment, as Clients have wanted that spot and couldn't because I was fully booked. Also if you have not turned up within 15mins I have the right to give your Slot away to another client on the waiting list! 💥This policy is in place as I have been made to feel like a push over the past year and I'm not doing it any more I'm not being cruel or unfair. Clients have to remember this is a business and other people wanting booked in and being let down can not be done any longer. Please understand i have to treat everyone equally. 💥PLEASE READ THE BOOKING POLICY CAREFULLY on my online system by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button on top of the page to book your own appointment online.
