Attention customers! Last night one of our customers had their phone stolen at a bus stop just outside the Castle. Unfortunately it seems these types of incidents are becoming increasingly common across the whole of London, particularly people trying to make thefts on bikes or mopeds. We’re hoping to raise awareness to prevent incidents like this occurring – please keep your belongings safe and out of sight. There are posters in the men’s and women’s changing rooms acting as a reminder of this. We have already CCTV stationed outside the Castle overlooking our entrance and bike park. Sadly, as we don’t own the land outside of the Castle gates we can’t legally place CCTV here, however we will be contacting the local council and police in regards to this. Please share this message with any groups and/or friends that you think relevant so we can help prevent this happening to other customers.

**Pen Update** The Pen will hopefully be open from tomorrow afternoon. It may look completed (and ready for a climb), but prior to opening we need to wait for the final layers of paint to dry. This will ensure the walls remain in tact for a long time! It can take a few days for the paint to dry properly, please bear with us as there is no way of us predicting how long the process will take. In the meantime here's a photo of Mike surveying his masterpiece.

We'd like to say a huge thanks to everyone that took the time to complete our customer survey a few months ago. There was an overwhelming number of responses and we're currently working through all the feedback. We're aiming to provide regular updates on any changes we implement as a result of this. If you'd like to keep up to date, please keep an eye on our blog (https://www.castle-climbing.co.uk/blog). The lucky winners from the raffle have been emailed - thanks again for your participation.
