Tuesday the 23rd of February The Cure would like to invite you to an evening of oysters and fish preparation. The evening will start at 7pm with Our chef Dan O'Reilly demonstrating how to choose and prepare some beautiful oysters. Opening them for you to try, and offering you some interesting serving suggestions to take away with you at the end of the evening. Dan will then show you how to prepare a whole piece of fish fresh from our fish supplier S&J shellfish. We will then show you a suitable serving suggestion to go along with the fish. After the demonstration the dish will be served for you to enjoy. With a glass of prosecco and oysters on arrival and a main meal, the evening will come to £45 per person.
