Description
Our nurses care for over 2,500 local people every year. Our nurses are available, if you need them, 24 hours a day. Hospice services are free for patients and their families. Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice provides free specialist end of life care and support services for people with life-limiting illnesses, as well as providing support for their families, friends and carers.
Our services include a 19 bedded Hospice inpatient facility, Hospice day care centre, Hospice at home care, hospital support, a lymphoedema service, education, complementary therapy and creative arts helping people at the end of life to enjoy a better quality of life.

Want to take part in Tiara Tuesday? Christine, one of our telephone bereavement counsellors, is organising a Tiara Tuesday on Tuesday 21 February to support the Hospice. All you have to do to take part is to wear a tiara for the day – and make a donation! Free Will Week - Fundraising Events - 2017 - Greenwich and Bexley...
It's only a few weeks until Free Will Week, 6-10 March. You could have a chance to get your Will written or amended free of charge and help secure the future of the Hospice. Please contact one of the participating solicitors who have offered their services, free of charge, to produce or amend a standard Will for our Hospice supporters. All they ask in return is that you consider including a gift to your local Hospice in your Will. Suggested minimum donation is £250. We’re looking for people to take part in our popular Open Gardens Festival. With small courtyards, community food-growing gardens, and manicured lawns with garden sculptures, our Open Gardens Festival offers something to suit everyone’s tastes. Hospice supporters The Priory Players are performing Sinbad the sailor! Thursday 9 February-Sunday 12 February. Progress Hall, Admiral Seymour Rd, Eltham SE9 1SL. The Priory Players will be holding a raffle at each performance, and the proceeds will be donated to the Hospice.
