Classes are back to normal this week. Today's first class at Aberford is 5-6pm for beginners to red belts, followed by the second class for yellow to black. See you there.
The body is weak unless guided by the mind. The most powerful thing on earth is your mind without it your karate is as weak as a twig detached from the tree, but on the tree it once was strong.
Don't forget that today's class is 5.45-7 for all belts.
A reminder that karate is on as normal tonight! 5-6 and 5.45-7
When you have a BIG HEAD it just makes it easier to hit.
