#RoyalResistance is so much more than training. It tests your all round mettle and working with a team to push your limits to achieve amazing things. We challenge all members to give 100% effort and do what they can at every session. The sessions are great fun and there is an amazing training atmosphere in Royal Arsenal.
Training times:
Monday 6-7pm & 7:15-8:15pm
Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm
Wednesday 06:15-07:00am
Thursday 7:15-8:15pm
Saturday morning 0930am at Wellington park (just behind building 10).
The trainers Steve, Seb, Hugo and Topel are ex PTI from the British army and served with each other for years before starting in Royal Arsenal, Woolwich.
The sessions cost £37 per month for unlimited sessions.

Royal Resistance will be heading off to the Brecon Beacons for an action packed weekend. We will leave Royal Arsenal around 8am and head straight for Wales. On Friday afternoon we have organised trekking on a horse across the National Park (beginners horse riding). Friday evening will be dinner and drinks. Saturday will consist of exploring the spectacular Brecon Beacons and in the evening we will go out for dinner and drinks. On Sunday there will be an activity in Bristol and we will then head home! What's included? Transport, accommodation, breakfast, horse riding and the best tour guides and company! Cost? £230 per person. A £50 deposit is required to secure your spot. We have organised a fun session and some obstacle course training. It's in Stevenage and we can organise transport closer to the time. It's £10 per person and will be a great day. Please let me know if your in.
