We are now proudly independent; locally owned and operated and here to help Hackney be as fit as it can be.
Here at Fit This, everyone can FIT in.

The staff, we are all still here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
The classes, only slight changes to our class timetable.
Your Memberships. No change here so nothing to worry about :)

Les Mills virtual classes are live at FIT THIS from Monday 2nd October!
Short, sharp and intense. The perfect complement to any class or gym session...
Bodybalance is a class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of motion and movement from Pilates, Yoga & Tai Chi set to music. It will improve your mind, your body, your LIFE!
This is the weights class for EVERYONE. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you will work out your total body, whilst burning calories well into the next day.
Les Mills virtual classes will be live at FIT THIS from Monday 2nd October, with a special introductory launch 2 days in advance. We have added over 30 classes to the timetable. But don't worry, these classes are in addition to our current taught classes. We have no intention of replacing our fabulous instructors! There will be 5 classes to choose from: Bodypump Bodycombat Bodybalance Sh'bam CXWorkx No need to pre-book for the virtual classes. Just come along and join in.
