💥THE ULTIMATE CLASS💥 Due to the success of the first ever Ultimate Class Myself And Kim Shipton (Pilates expert) are introducing a second opportunity to take part in this super effective body transformation class. 💪🏻What is the class?💪🏻 • The class combines high intensity fat burning exercises (led by myself in zone 1) and Pilates Reformer and matt exercises to tone and strengthen the whole body (led by Kim Shipton in Zone 2). The exercises are varied each week keeping the class interesting and effective. You will be motivated and pushed to achieve your goals in a friendly group environment. 💪🏻When is it? • Saturday’s 8.45am 💪🏻What have some of the current attendees said?💪🏻 Charlotte Dadd The Hiit / Pilates class run by Ben and Kim is a great concept. It was challenging because holding a plank or focusing on your core in Pilates is that much harder when you are out of breath after an intense cardio set. Kim and Ben were full of energy and explained the exercises clearly and working with a small group was really positive. Highly recommend. Fiona Rawlins Fantastic high energy class. The combination of HIIT and Pilates provides a full body work out and with Kim and Ben’s fantastic motivating, it’s great fun too. 💪🏻How do you sign up?💪🏻 Spaces are limited to 6 so be quick. 👏A HUUUUGGGGGEEEEEE WELL DONE TO👏 💥IAN GODBER💥 (AKA The Mayor Of Ware, Skippy, Tights 😉) So every so often I like to commend someone who trains at Talbot Fitness for their outstanding commitment. Hopefully it inspires others to achieve great results! It was a year ago that Ian started to come to the Saturday Boot Camps. Since then he has also signed up to 2 other classes in the week. I think in a whole year he has literally only missed 3 sessions! Incredible consistency and commitment. I have seen his strength and fitness and tone increase significantly over the last year. This is down to his consistency, determination in each session, desire to learn how to keep getting better and continuing to make changes to his nutrition and lifestyle outside of Talbot Fitness. Ian really well done for all your hard work and also motivation you give to others in the training sessions! We are all lucky to have you there mate! Now that’s it.
