Project Manager duties: - Agree and Set project objectives with the customer and internal departments; - Plan the project process design to complete the job to specification and in line with company requirements; - Conduct any health and safety, risk assessment and site reports needed; - Ensure that quality standards are met and that the building control process is followed; - Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained; - Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the project plan is being followed; - Submit Reports, accounting, costing and billing in line with company procedures; - Meeting clients, communicating the projects process, stages. - Managing clients expectations. Required skills and experience: - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; - High levels of innovation analytical skills and problem solving; - Good level of diplomacy, leadership and team working ability; - Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure; - A keen eye for the detail, combined with an understanding of how such specifics fit in with the project as a whole; - Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks of other professionals; - Good customer service skills; - Excellent telephone manners.
