As part of my training I’m running the Trimpell 20 mile race in Lancaster today. Tall order given it’s cold and has just started snowing. O well, I’m tougher than the weather and should get through it problem free, fingers crossed. Wish me luck.
Good weekend of training, 10k on Saturday followed by a trail half marathon on Sunday. Freezing conditions on both days but still got the job done. 👍🏻
The weekends training went well, miserable weather of course but that unfortunately can't stop you from going out. This coming week totals around 35 miles with Sunday once again being the long one with 13 miler. Have a good week all 🏃♀️
Training is going well, with the exception of the cold weather! Brrrrr Hard workout at the club last night, Sale Harriers Manchester, which included a lot of cardio work followed by a track session 🏃♀️ Today is rest night 😴 then it's into the weekend with a fast 3 mile run tomorrow followed by a medium paced 10 miler on Sunday. Have a good weekend all 😀
