Ray Lodge TMO invites all residents to come along and celebrate Christmas together! The evening will include a small buffet, refreshments and music. We hope to see you there! PLEASE NOTE: The TMO cannot provide alcohol but residents are welcome to 'bring a bottle'. Under 18's should be accompanied by an adult.

We are sad to announce that after nearly 12 years of being Estate Manager, Ray Lodge will be saying farewell to Isaac. Since coming to Ray Lodge in 2006, Isaac has contributed a lot to the revival of the estate and the success of the TMO. The estate had become a second home to him and was not just an estate manager to some, but a friend and confidante for problems unrelated to repairs in their home. This will be a great loss for us but we can only respect his decision and wish him all the best in his new venture. We will miss you!

All residents, both council and leasehold, are invited to come along to the AGM which will be held in Ettridge Hall. All residents are welcome to come along and express any concerns about how Ray Lodge is run and also get up to date with issues and news on the estate. This is also an opportunity to join the Management Committee and make a positive impact on the community. For more information and Committee nomination forms, please contact the TMO office.

Come and join us for another great fun day of activities including; Zoo Lab UK - Animal Handling Face painting Bouncy castle Ray Lodge's Got Talent Raffles Henna Dr Bike/Tumbing (gymnastics) Arts and Crafts and MUCH MORE! All donations and raffle proceeds will go to MENCAP.

This years' coach trip to Bournemouth has been so popular that we have had to hire TWO COACHES! Unfortunately, as of yesterday, all seats on both coaches have now been filled.

The TMO has organised yet another fantasic coach trip out for the fourth year running and this year the destination is BOURNEMOUTH! Please see the Ray Lodge newsletter or see Emily or Isaac in the TMO office for more information.

The TMO are raising funds for a memorial bench to commemorate residents who have sadly passed away. We would like to place this in a communal area for residents to use. A plaque will also be purchased and inscribed with the names of who we have lost. If you would like to contribute, a collection tin as been placed in the TMO office.
