facebook.comGood Morning all with the show looming with only 7 weeks to go.... We know it can't come soon enough for some people, However there is still a long way to go for us to put all this planning in to action and to take it off paper and on to the fields, Which aren't looking too bad especially after the amazing bit of Sun shire we keep getting. And what a stunning day we had yesterday here in Llandudno, Whilst out delivering Show posters to our long serving promoters I just couldn't resist this Photographic opportunity as the Famous Great Orme Tramway had the Trams out in force in the glorious sun running up and down the Great Orme preparing for the new season ahead, Number 5 seen here is the one everyone see's in our festival logo. Any way just to let you know the Passes will be out the week before Easter, We sadly are still sending letters out putting exhibits on the waiting list as we are so overwhelmed by the support and response by entries in to the 2018 event we are doing our best for everyone but there will be some disappointment for a few of which we can only apologise. We look forward to seeing you all soon.
Well all of you lovely people we seem to have one seriously full up show ground the deadline for exhibit entries was the 7th February and as usual we have been overwhelmed with interest and amount of entries received even now past the deadline. We now have the horrible job of sending around a hundred or so letters letting many people know that they have been unsuccesfull in their 2018 entry , Everyone that comes to visit us, some may be for many years know's that space is extremely limited and we don't have the ability to throw open another gate to allow more exhibitor's to come like some shows out in the country side. All letters sent out to exhibitors who are either too late or because we are full up will be put on a waiting list and there envelopes kept for 2019's show. Sorry for any disappointment caused and hoping its not you...

Good Morning all who took the time to read our last post with regards to the passing of Sandra, This past month or so has been a bit of an extremely hard and emotional roller coaster for The Ricketts family most of all for Len. As a family we would like to thank you all for all of your kind words , card's, flowers and well wishes as they have all touched our hearts so much. In losing Sandra a.k.a "NANA" as we have done so. This will affect us all for ever . We would like to reasure you that the 2018 event will go ahead. With the Festival being so much part of all of our live's for such a long time it has been with the Ricketts family control for over 25 years this past two years have cast some doubt with quite a few people as to wether the show will continue more so now after the passing of Sandra. We have decided this week that the 2018 event will go ahead the date's confirmed are 5th, 6th & 7th May 2018. With immidiate affect the Llandudno Transport Festival Office has moved to 4 FFORDD CELYN, COLWYN BAY, CONWY, LL29 8RN With phone numbers to follow soon. Please Note NO SHOW ENQUIRIES WILL BE ACKNOWLEGED FROM THE PREVIOUS ADDRESS With Immediate Effect Len Ricketts will be overseeing the proceedings up to 2018's event but Orgaisation and Running will now be executed by Jim, Stuart & Vicci Ricketts. Forms will not be available until early 2018 If you have not filled an envelope in at this years event please do so now and send one to the address above wrighting which exhibit form you require under the envelope flap . Once again thanking you all for your continued support and well wishes during this difficult time and we hope you will continue to support us in the future as you have done in previous years.
