In the winter months we recommend that you do not leave your house heating fall bellow 14 degree C to avoid the dreaded burst pipe. If you have a burst, first things first you should find your main stopcock and make sure that you can turn OFF. This is often found under the kitchen sink or where the service pipe enters the property. Turn OFF the central heating and immersion heater and turn ON the hot taps to drain the water system. Due to a workload increase we are looking for a plumbing and heating engineer with a minimum NVQ level 2. Candidates must be hardworking, reliable and polite in this expanding family business. Domestic ACS and Oftec qualifications are desirable. Ability to be able to work to a high standard of workmanship, finish and quality. Full clean driving licence necessary. Salary negotiatiable depending on experience.
